Refund & Return Policy

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or digital products are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

2. We will send return instructions and the return address.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
