1. Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • UAE orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • International orders are currently not available. Kalam Space games are available world wide, check Shop Kalam: Global Retailers. 
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over 150AED in the UAE.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Kalam Space is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized or digital products are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Kalamspace04@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send return instructions and the return address.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
